Hi, my na...Beautiful tribute to a beautiful woman. Hi, my name is Debi and I knew Sharon from her single days (we worked closely together at Kaiser), and everything you said about her rang true! She was not one to sit idly by and was always the first one to volunteer for projects, parties, etc. (she threw me a baby shower 24 years ago!). We've kept in touch over the years and I saw her blossom when she met Frank, and shared her excitement about moving to Utah, her new family and the mission trips. I had to nod a sad "yes" to your confession about being late with mailing things. I'm sad to admit that while I was great at responding to Sharon's emails, etc., I was terrible about mailing letters and cards. Sadly, I mailed my get-well card to her a few days late, unaware that she had passed. The only comfort I get is in knowing that Sharon didn't need the card from me to know that I was praying for her and thinking of her. Thank you again for writing this beautiful tribute to her. We only saw Grandma Sharon for a minute—all intubated and lifeless—and spent a few minutes talking to the family gathered there. That was...nice...I suppose. To see "her" one last time, though it felt like she was already gone.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08631734965938273438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33624978.post-22268136869896523772013-10-20T20:47:34.289-04:002013-10-20T20:47:34.289-04:00Oh, sad day :(.
