Here's a little smattering of what went down this month:
- two birthdays (mine and Ben's)
- Andrew taught a four-day, full-day workshop
- Andrew taught a 6 am and 10 am R-Studio seminar T/Th all month
- Young Men's camp
- Young Women's camp
- FSY
- Rosie and Austin visited with their kids
- Zoë went to Tennessee for a week
- picked Zoë up from Tennessee
- Rachel had to leave to go back to Provo
- two dentist appointments
- one orthodontist appointment
- four swim meets
- stake conference
- sold a car
- organized our overseas shipment
- organized our Utah shipment
- found and rented a storage unit in Utah
- managed 30 listings on the Buy Nothing Group (with multiple items in each listing)
- four bee/wasp stings (between Phoebe, Zoë, and Alex)
- one black eye (Benjamin)
- one common cold (me)
- met with various relators
And then some other things happened, like a birthday party for a friend, a tent sleepover on the back deck, various mutual activities, church every Sunday (planning singing time, etc)., some game nights, still working our "actual" jobs, and all the tasks of everyday living.
Oh, and I finally got word that my paper (that was accepted in December) was finally published!
And Miriam has an organ recital tomorrow evening!
And all that is to say that there is, perhaps, a reason we feel...triumphant...to have come through this month sane/alive and relatively unscathed (you know, aside from the black eye that's still pretty colourful).
