Tummy time

Here's Phoebe doing a little tummy time (December 9 (I even remembered what month it is this time!)): 

 

I'm not sure what possessed her to do it, but she decided that she could, in fact, turn her head.

And so with Herculean effort, she prepared to lift and turn that huge noggin of hers:

It was a lot of work:

But she did it (and look at her beautiful hair):

"Mom, did you see that?" she wanted to know.

"Yes, baby, I saw that that," I assured her.

"I'm gonna take a nap right here," she said.

And, like, well deserved, honestly. I mean, she turned her head from one side to the other one whole time. If that's not exhausting, I don't know what is!
